1. Booking and purchase.
In order to purchase the products of the e-shop online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the site. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description and the price that varies according to the country of destination of the goods. Within the e-shop, the individual products offered can be selected and reserved. It will be sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm, after choosing any variations. In this way, the products are inserted into the virtual cart. All reservations made up to that point can be added, deleted or confirmed. In order to confirm the order, the Customer can proceed in these ways:
if already registered, via email address and password; if not yet registered, by registering, indicating all the requested data; without registering, by providing the data necessary to finalize the purchase when requested.
The purchase will be considered completed for Centro Ottico Mottini only when the order is confirmed by the same via email using the “Your order confirmation” form. The confirmation is sent within 2 working days of receiving the order. Centro Ottico Mottini may, at its sole discretion, not accept the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g. incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Site regarding the Products ordered (e.g. error regarding the price, availability, or description of the Products). The information relating to the Catalogue is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, however any content present on the Site must not be understood as a binding representation or declaration relating to the Products. All images, descriptions and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and, given that the colours depend on the monitor used, they may be different from those of the Products delivered.
2. Product availability and sales price.
For each item, the unit sales price is indicated in currency, VAT (Value Added Tax) included and net of shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight and destination; they will be highlighted during the purchase procedure and on the "Your order confirmation" form. All products in the e-shop are available in stock. If unforeseen events should occur due to delays in the delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products. Centro Ottico Mottini ships to all countries indicated during registration. However, there may be cases in which customs problems prevent the delivery of the products ordered. In this case, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail and reimbursed later.
3. Payment methods.
To pay for purchases, the Customer can use the following methods: Credit card from the following circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, and others possibly available via PAY-PAL circuit; Bank transfer, ordinary and electronic; PAY-PAL circuit; POSTE PAY circuit, via PAY-PAL circuit.

4. Delivery of goods and shipping costs.
All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Centro Ottico Mottini will be shipped by Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. A contribution to the costs will be requested for shipping, which will be highlighted during the purchase procedure and on the "Your order confirmation" form, in relation to the country of destination of the order. Centro Ottico Mottini reserves the right to apply preferential shipping conditions or the cancellation of the same, for Italy and abroad, by communicating the conditions of the offer in advance on the site. The products will be shipped only after the payment of the order amount has been regularly registered and confirmed to Centro Ottico Mottini. Products shipped to Italy are delivered approximately within 4-5 working days from shipping; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 6-7 working days from shipping. For shipments outside the EU, it takes on average 8-9 working days from shipping. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email.
5. Import taxes and customs duties.
The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs would be incurred for customs clearance of the goods. For more information, you can contact the customs office of your country. In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal.
The Customer has a right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) that can be exercised, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the period indicated above, by telegram, e-mail. The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and after agreement with Centro Ottico Mottini. No parcel sent cash on delivery or postage due will be collected by Centro Ottico Mottini. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 14 days of receiving the return. Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled due to an act attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise, under any circumstances, to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered. If the return is due to an error by Centro Ottico Mottini, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
7. Applicable law.
All contracts concluded are deemed to be perfected in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
8. Warranties.
With this warranty, Centro Ottico Mottini (the manufacturer) guarantees the consumer against any defects and conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product. If during this warranty period any defects of conformity of the product are found, Centro Ottico Mottini (the seller) will repair or (at its discretion) replace the product or its defective components in the terms of the conditions indicated below, without any charge for the costs of labor and materials used. Centro Ottico Mottini reserves the right to repair defective products or replace them with new products, of equal or superior color and characteristics, if the original is no longer available.
Conditions. This warranty is valid only if the non-compliant product with the purchase receipt (receipt or invoice) and the warranty certificate are sent to Centro Ottico Mottini for shipping of the product. In the absence of the aforementioned documentation or in the event of incompleteness or illegibility of the information contained therein, Centro Ottico Mottini reserves the right to refuse the warranty intervention.
